2010 Kansas City Chiefs Schedule

In the second year under Todd Haley, the Chiefs need to see much better results during the 2010 Kansas City Chiefs Schedule.

The Chiefs finished the 2009 regular season with a record of 4-12, having continued their streak of season below .500. They finished in last place in the AFC West division, nine games behind division winner San Diego. They had two wins against division opponents that included ones of Denver and Oakland.

The Chiefs are led on offense by quarterback Matt Cassel, who threw for nearly 3,000 yards last season, that included 16 touchdown passes. However, he threw 16 interceptions as well making for a poor ratio. The Chiefs put up an average of 18 points per game while surrendering 27. They were vulnerable on the defensive side of the football and struggled to get in the end zone.

Looking ahead to the 2010 Kansas City Chiefs Team Schedule, K.C. will face the NFC West in the out-of-conference portion of the schedule, that includes the Arizona Cardinals and San Fransisco 49ers. Additionally, they will face the AFC South, that includes the Colts, Texans, Titans and Jaguars, all who won at least seven games in 2009.
