May 13, 2009 - Written by Meagan

The gambling market surrounding the area of Des Moines could be in line for a new casino being built. Experts believe that a new casino in Des Moines would bring in revenue in somewhere between $100 - $159 million every year. Part of this being, they believe, because most of the gamers live no longer then an hour away from the main gambling area. There are several large casinos already in the area, however a new casino would most likely still be able to get enough buisiness to bring in money.

The plans of a new casino buing built was brought before the Iowa Gaming commission, who thinks it could bring in large revenue for the state, much as the other casinos in the area do. A new addition to the USA Casinos in the Des Moines area could be a helpful addition to the Iowa gambling community, and if it brings in money for the state, it's likely that we'll be seeing more on it in the future.
