With Pennsylvania's rapidly growing casino market, Connecticut may continue to suffer with damaged revenue. Pennsylvania has surpassed Atlantic City in slot revenue, and is bound to overtake Atlantic City in table game revenue as well. With Atlantic City dropping in the double digits, Connecticut casino operators are undoubtedly beginning to fret.

Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, however, are both attempting to break into the Pennsylvania market.

With Pennsylvania becoming the uprising star of casino gambling in the region, Connecticut Casinos may be in permanent dire straits - at least until the economy picks up.
