Online Sportsbooks Show Change In The U.S. Possible

July 22nd, 2010 – Written By Bonnie

‘Change has to come to America,’ a statement that was commonly used in the presidential election back in 2008. Barack Obama managed to beat the political betting odds and change over 200 years of American History by becoming the first African American to be elected as President of The United States. Upon officially becoming the 44th President of The United States, Obama called for much change on the nation but in the time that has past since first stating that back in 2008, has America really seen any change for the better?

Obama made a lot of campaign promises throughout his campaigning. Although he has addressed many of the issues as President, we have seen little if any changes imposed for the better of the people. There is no question as to the hardships Obama has faced during his serving as President and it is much more than some previous Presidents have seen in their entire term, but as leader of this country it is his duty and responsibility to stand up and protect the American people.

The most recent U.S. tragedy is the oil spill. This is the worst oil spill in American history. Only recently did we see any relief when a cap was successfully placed in position to stop the oil spill. During the past few months, President Obama visited many of the small coastal towns that were dealing with the aftermath of the oil spill. Although he showed much concern for the people, the land and the wildlife, it was obvious that his attention was not solely focused at the problem at hand.

Some think that President Obama has dealt with the cards he was handed to the best of his ability, and others will voice their opinion come election time in 2012. Some of the best online sportsbooks around have already began preparing for what Americans may see on the next presidential election ballots and although some may find some humor in the entertainment betting odds listed, it could very well be the betting results that are in fact made into reality.
